OTA's newest Franchise - OTA Charleston SC

Reston, VA | 8.23.21

Overtime Athletics Franchise is excited to welcome Sam Hill to the family!! Sam grew up in Anderson, SC and comes from an athletic background, having participated in football, wrestling, and track & field. After joining the US Air Force Reserve and moving to Charleston in 2004, Sam has always had an entrepreneurial mind and has started several businesses throughout the years.

In 2020, he noticed a lack of options for youth athletic activities that specialized in after school programs, summer camps, birthday parties, leagues, clinics, etc. After being introduced to Chris Whelan (Co-Owner of Overtime Athletics Franchise), Sam knew that this was the opportunity to provide the Lowcountry with fun, safe, and effective youth athletic programs. Recognizing that many of his current core values were developed early on through sports and subsequent positive influences, Sam understands the importance of a safe and organized youth athletic program. Bringing this brand to the Lowcountry will allow local youth to have access to the development of these same values. He is looking forward to creating a space for kids to be kids and launching OTA Charleston in the fall of 2021.
