Reston VA: We are excited to welcome Sarah Smith to the Overtime Athletics Franchise Family!! Sarah was born in Texas and comes from a military family. Moving around every few years built her skills in adaptability and grew relationships across the country. Sarah has lived in the Greeley/Evans area roughly 8 times in her life, calling it home.


She married her husband in 2019 and had their first son in February 2021. While raising Ryan, she continued her education and graduated with her Associates in Business Administration in May 2022.In November 2022 they had their second son, Jack, and she had been a stay-at-home mom and Executive Virtual Assistant since July 2022.

Sarah is excited to be a part of the Overtime Athletics Network, knowing that her two boys will eventually engage in sports. As her sons begin their school journey, she eagerly anticipates their exposure to sports programs and the valuable skills they will acquire.


Reston VA: We are excited to welcome Tim Eldridge to the OTA Franchise Family! Tim moved from the windy city of Chicago to Wilmington 15 years ago. He has two daughters Kate (11) & Lane (9), who share a passion for athletics.


Tim has been involved in sports his entire life and played just about every sport growing up. He became a three sport team captain in high school while earning all-conference honors in basketball and lacrosse, and two time all-state honors in football. He went on to play Division 1 lacrosse at Penn State where he was a team captain his senior season. Upon graduation, he worked over twenty years in various logistics and operational leadership roles. In the past 7 years he has also coached youth soccer, basketball, and lacrosse in the Wilmington area. Tim strongly believes all kids should have the opportunity to learn and play multiple sports. With OTA, he is excited to build a team of great coaches and provide a variety of positive, fun, and safe sports programs for the community. With his contact sports career well behind him, Tim is now an avid golfer, and also enjoys playing tennis and pickleball.
