Overtime Athletics is excited to ANNOUNCE #6 Franchise Owner Will Doyle. Will just bought the rights Montgomery County, Maryland. Will grew up playing every sport imaginable, from basketball to soccer to tennis, you name it! He attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he was a part of the men’s basketball team. It was when Will transferred to Marymount University, that he realized his passion for coaching and education. Will was an assistant basketball coach for the men’s basketball team at Marymount while pursuing his degree in Secondary Education. These combined interests led him to Overtime Athletics, where he was an instructor and camp counselor/director for several years.

When given the opportunity to start his own franchise in Montgomery County, Maryland in September, Will decided this was the perfect way to share his passion for sports and education. Now present in several area schools, and quickly growing, he has found that the families of Montgomery County are just as excited about Overtime’s after school programs as he is and can’t wait to expand to get as many children active and learning the basics of living a healthy lifestyle!

Overtime Athletics has been the leader in After School Programs for 15 years. Currently we are working with 500+ elementary schools nationwide. We make the process very easy for your Parent Organization and/or Administration.

We have online registration capabilities with the option for families to make secure payment. We can have flyers created for your school and dropped off in bundles by classroom. OTA Franchise Spotlight (Chicago, IL)

Overtime Athletics Franchise Spotlight is featuring our Chigaco, IL owner, Matt Auker. Matt is a DC-area native that was first exposed to Overtime Athletics in high school, when he played basketball for OTA co-founder Chris Whelan at Herndon High, their shared alma mater. In addition to playing just about every sport he could, he attended sports camps throughout his childhood and spent 8 summers as a camp counselor. While attending Boston College, he worked as supervisor for the intramural sports program and later coached youth basketball teams in his hometown of Reston, VA.

After graduating college and spending three years in the corporate world, Matt needed a change. Having long been an admirer of OTA, the opportunity to own a franchise of his own was compelling enough to quit his job and move half-way across the country to the great city of Chicago. In a few short weeks, he has placed after school programs in several schools and seen immediate interest in the exceptional programs OTA has to offer.

Working in youth athletics is a dream come true for Matt and he is excited to be the newest member of the OTA family.
