1. Higher chance to succeed

A franchise is an already established business model. Results have shown that franchises enjoy a higher rate of success when compared to standalone businesses.

2. Parent Company Support

Overtime Athletics (Franchisor) provides extensive support for franchisees. Overtime Athletics has turnkey operations and also has a proprietary software that helps run your business.

3. There’s No Trial and Error

When starting a business from the ground up, there’s a good chance that you’ll go through a lot of trial and error, whether it’s figuring out the best way to set up your store or how to most effectively market your products. Unfortunately, some of the errors during the course of this process could sink a small business. With a franchise, all of this has been figured out. You can just follow guidelines and avoid unnecessary trial and error.

4. Equipment and supplies

Outfitting your new business with everything you need to succeed means researching what equipment to buy, finding suppliers, and negotiating deals. Franchisors can provide invaluable help in knowing both what and how much to buy — often at reduced prices.

OTA is excited to welcome Robyn Lusto to the Overtime Franchise Family! Robyn was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. During childhood she and her big brother Mikey were active members in the local P.A.L. She played sports year round including being a cheerleader and even a football player, becoming the first girl ever in her township's history to play on the boys C Squad football team when she was in fifth grade!

She was fortunate to spend her summers at an all inclusive summer camp at which she built lasting memories of enrichment found there.

As she became an adult she followed her interests to many career fields. After completing Audio Engineering School, her first career was as an Audio Visual Specialist in the New York City corporate world. In 2008 she decided to follow a life-long dream to work in television. After graduating from Connecticut School of Broadcasting, she quit the corporate life and started at the bottom as an intern at Fuse TV at age 28. She was quickly hired and worked various positions until she found her home as a freelance Teleprompter Operator. Not forgetting her sports background, she also moonlighted as a video operator for sports production in places like Metlife Stadium and The Prudential Center.

In 2016 she became step-mom to twin 7 year old boys and in September 2018 she welcomed her first child, a baby girl. Having the kids around reminded her how youth sports programming was such a positive impact on her development and childhood. She wants her kids to make lasting friends and memories at summer camp and on sports teams and in sports programs. She also wants to make sure there are plenty of those opportunities in her community and it's surrounding areas.

Robyn will be looking to start programs in the Northern NJ area starting Fall 2019.

Overtime Franchise is very excited to announce our 16th Franchisee, Dana Vinci. Dana was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and after completing her degree from University of North Florida, she spent several years in Manhattan where she worked in advertising. A few years later she moved to Hawaii and enjoyed an active outdoor lifestyle hiking and scuba diving. Her next stop was Northern Virginia where she first began working with Overtime Athletics by hiring them for after school and summer camps in a large master planned community. Having the opportunity to work with OTA first as a client gave her a great advantage to understanding both sides of the OTA experience.

Dana is looking forward to launching North Florida this Fall 2019!!
