We are excited to introduce our newest OTA Franchisee Andrew Gendall. Andrew comes to OTA with over 20+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry. He began his career coaching various sports at a prestigious private school in South Africa before moving to the UK where he became a personal trainer (training celebrities and professional sportsmen in London).

Andrew moved back to South Africa and opened his own personal training gym and corporate wellness center. In 2013, he and his wife decided to make a move to Vancouver, Canada with their 2 boys, Connor and Luke.

In 2019 they continued their life journey as a family and moved to Castle Rock, Colorado. The move wasn't easy being that they arrived 2 months before the world was introduced to Covid! However, their family has fallen in love with the Castle Rock community and their boys have adapted well to life in Colorado.

Andrew has always had a passion for sports and the lessons that sports teach kids. He believes that every child should have access to be part of a team and have the opportunity to experience the invaluable lessons that come with that. He is absolutely FIRED UP to join the Overtime Athletics family.

Andrew has started Overtime Athletics University and is planning on launching programs in Douglas & Jefferson County Spring/Summer 2022.

We are excited to welcome Michael Fay & Josh Chernikoff to the OTA Family! Josh and Michael have been friends/partners of OTA for +10 years through FLEX Academies.

Michael is an experienced education leader, business owner, and franchisee. Currently, Michael is the CEO and majority owner of Flex, a leading enrichment management company serving schools along the East Coast. In addition to operating Flex, Michael is the owner of several Subway Restaurants in Pennsylvania.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gwynedd Mercy College and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Post University.

Josh is an innovative entrepreneur, advisor, and strategist with 20+ years of experience across education, broadcast journalism, sales, marketing, and communications. Across his experiences, Josh has demonstrated proven success founding and expanding several educational tutoring and enrichment companies while serving hundreds of thousands of students. He translates strong skills in leadership, communications, marketing, and sales to mobilize high-performing teams, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, and pioneer growth-facilitating opportunities.
